The Hybrid Mattress.

Perfect for those looking for a classic, UK made, tried and true hybrid memory foam mattress.

This mattress contains a layer of full-sized, steel supported, individual pocket springs.

Then it’s topped with a layer of complete body pressure relieving Memory Foam that aligns the spine and contours to sensitive pressure points like the shoulders and hips.

Finally, it’s finished in a very soft knitted fabric that feels amazing to the touch, with an in-built mesh vent that surrounds the surface for air circulation and body temperature regulation.

Made here in the UK, it’s comfy and supportive, but without a silly price tag.

Care

Rotate it weekly for the first 3 months then every 4 weeks thereafter. Indentation and settlement are normal for a Hybrid mattress so this will help to level out the materials.
Delivery

Once your mattress passes through quality control, it will be handed over to the courier (BJS Ltd) who will then get in touch with you directly to make delivery arrangements for a day that best suits you.

The delivery will take place on the agreed delivery day between 7am – 9pm. On the evening before you will receive a 3 hour time slot and a phone call half an hour before arrival.

There are two options for delivery:

‘HALLWAY ONLY' – FREE:

The delivery team will drop the mattress over the threshold of your front door.

**Old mattress disposal - If you are paying for your old mattress to be taken away, we will send you a plastic bag to keep it dry (that way it will go into recycling rather than landfill). Please wrap the old mattress and have it by the front door ready for the courier team to take away.

‘ROOM OF CHOICE - £39:

The delivery team will take the mattress to your room of choice, unwrap the mattress and dispose of the plastic.

**Old mattress disposal - If you are paying for your old mattress to be taken away, we will send you a plastic bag to keep it dry. The delivery men will take it from the bedroom for you.

The current waiting list is between 5 - 15 working days.
10 Year Warranty

All of my mattresses come with 10 year coverage.

A no-nonsense 5-year guarantee (free replacement). Followed by a pro-rata 5-year warranty (repair or replace pro-rata).

Full details are in the T&Cs in section 4.

This covers any manufacturing and material defects that have caused excessive dipping or collapse.

Old Mattress Recycling

The delivery company, BJS Ltd, can take away your old mattress and re-direct it to a responsible mattress recycling plant for £59.

This can be added on the product page.

We will send you a bag to wrap the mattress beforehand. That way it will stay dry and therefore more likely end up in a recycling centre, rather than landfill.

**Please note this is a like-for-like service. If you buy one mattress, they can take one mattress. If you buy two, they will take two.
The Protector

The mattress protector is ultra thin and silent. You wouldn't know it was there. It can be used on any mattress and will not alter its comfort.

It is machine washable and is safe to use with an electric blanket.

The surface is Cotton (80%) with a waterproof polyester membrane underneath (20%) and will act as a barrier against moisture, allergens, dust mites, mould & mildew.

It surrounds all of my mattresses with an elastic edge so does not ever come loose.
