All mattresses are delivered directly to you from the factory via a two man courier service.

There are two options for delivery:

‘HALLWAY ONLY' – FREE:

The delivery team will drop the mattress over the threshold of your front door.

**Old mattress disposal - If you are paying for your old mattress to be taken away, we will send you a plastic bag to keep it dry (that way it will go into recycling rather than landfill). Please wrap the old mattress and have it by the front door ready for the courier team to take away.

‘ROOM OF CHOICE' - £39:

The delivery team will take the mattress upstairs, unwrap the mattress and dispose of the plastic.

**Old mattress disposal - If you are paying for your old mattress to be taken away, we will send you a plastic bag to keep it dry. The delivery men will take it from the bedroom for you.

The current waiting list is between 5 - 15 working days.

The delivery will take place on the agreed delivery day between 7am – 9pm. On the evening before you will receive a 3 hour time slot and a phone call half an hour before arrival.

The delivery company, BJS Ltd, can take away your old mattress and re-direct it to a responsible mattress recycling plant for £59.

This can be added on the product page.

We will send you a bag to wrap the mattress beforehand. That way it will stay dry and therefore more likely end up in a recycling centre, rather than landfill.

**Please note this is a like-for-like service. If you buy one mattress, they can take one mattress. If you buy two, they will take two.

Sure. The mattress protector is available to add on the product page.

It is ultra thin and silent. You wouldn't know it was there. It can be used on any mattress and will not alter its comfort.

It is machine washable and is safe to use with an electric blanket.

The surface is Cotton (80%) with a waterproof membrane underneath (20%) and will act as a barrier against moisture, allergens, dust mites, mould & mildew.

It surrounds all of my mattresses with an elastic edge so does not ever come loose.

Not the kind of ‘too good to be true’ type guarantee with empty promises and questionable small print.

These big companies update their T&Cs every few years and never in the interest of their past customers.

All of my mattresses come with 10 year coverage.

A no-nonsense 5-year guarantee (free replacement). Followed by a pro-rata 5-year warranty (repair or replace pro-rata).

This covers any manufacturing and material defects that have caused excessive dipping or collapse.

Settlement or body indentation of the surface is normal and expected, but dipping of the mattress to the point where you can feel the base below is not - in this case, any faulty mattress will be exchanged for a new one, no strings attached.

If your new mattress just doesn’t feel right, my 100-Day-Sleep Trial allows you to change it for a different tension, or even a different model within 100 days of delivery.

All I ask is that you keep it clean and sleep on it for at least 15 days to really allow your body adjust to a new mattress.

Much like a good pair of shoes, a good mattress requires a little TLC now and then. For example:

1. Flip (like a pancake) and rotate (head to toe) once a week for the first 3 months, then every 4 weeks thereafter.

*Hybrid models only require rotating*

2. Go over it thoroughly with the vacuum cleaner at least once a year.

3. Leave the windows open for a while when you change the sheets and let it breathe.

Below are the general sizes for the bed industry in the UK. If you require a custom made size, please get in touch with your ideal sizes and I'll swiftly reply with a quote.

Please be aware due to the nature of the materials and fillings, there is a 1.5" tolerance on the mattresses depending on their composition:

• Standard Single - 3’0’’ x 6’3’’ (90cm x 190cm)
• Small Double - 4’0’’ x 6’3’’ (120cm x 190cm)
• Double - 4’6’’ x 6’3’’ (135cm x 190cm)
• King - 5’0’’ x 6’6’’ (150cm x 200cm)
• Super-King 6’0’’ x 6’6’’ (180cm x 200cm)

No matter what happens, I will never leave you in the lurch with a huge mattress in your hallway – there is always a way.

'Zip & Link' refers to a Super-King mattress that is made in two halves and zipped together.

This is only necessary if you have restricted access into the property and a full size mattress will not fit.

Either that or you are wanting to eliminate any motion transfer (whereby you can feel your partner move in the night). A Zip & Link mattress will be like sleeping on two separate mattresses where you will not feel each others movements.
