Depending on the tension and size you choose, it is made with up to 2000 of the far more advanced, individually wrapped, full sized and steel supported pocket spring system.

This construction is specifically designed to react to different body weights, perfectly contouring around the shoulders, hips and back to give you optimal full-body support while in your natural sleeping position and to allow air circulation between the layered springs. 

Then it’s cushioned by layers of soft and luxurious blends of silk and cashmere containing no nasty chemicals and totally natural - great for our environment.

Finally it is covered in a soft viscose, giving it a smooth, luxurious feel on the surface and has in-built air vents to allow body heat to escape and keep you cool at night.

This mattress has had two layers of side-stitching and tufting finished entirely by hand to ensure complete stability, quality and longevity.

Care

Flip and rotate the mattress weekly for the first 3 months then every 4 weeks thereafter. Indentation and settlement are normal for a luxury, natural mattress so this will help to level out the materials.
Delivery

Once your mattress passes through quality control, it will be handed over to the courier (BJS Ltd) who will then get in touch with you directly to make delivery arrangements for a day that best suits you.

The delivery will take place on the agreed delivery day between 7am – 9pm. On the evening before you will receive a 3 hour time slot and a phone call half an hour before arrival.

There are two options for delivery:

‘HALLWAY ONLY' – FREE:

The delivery team will drop the mattress over the threshold of your front door.

**Old mattress disposal - If you are paying for your old mattress to be taken away, we will send you a plastic bag to keep it dry (that way it will go into recycling rather than landfill). Please wrap the old mattress and have it by the front door ready for the courier team to take away.

‘ROOM OF CHOICE' - £39:

The delivery team will take the mattress upstairs, unwrap the mattress and dispose of the plastic.

**Old mattress disposal - If you are paying for your old mattress to be taken away, we will send you a plastic bag to keep it dry. The delivery men will take it from the bedroom for you.

The current waiting list is between 5 - 15 working days.
10 Year Warranty

All of my mattresses come with 10 year coverage.

A no-nonsense 5-year guarantee (free replacement). Followed by a pro-rata 5-year warranty (repair or replace pro-rata).

Full details are in the T&Cs in section 4.

This covers any manufacturing and material defects that have caused excessive dipping or collapse.
Returns

I'm sure you will love your new mattress, but if you do change your mind for whatever reason then let me know by email at hello@harrybenmore.com within 30 days of delivery and I'll arrange collection and a full refund. No quibbles. All I ask is that you keep it clean.
100 Day Sleep Trial

If after a few weeks you feel the mattress isn’t quite right for you, don’t worry. Email me at hello@harrybenmore.com within 100 days of delivery and I'll swap it for something more suitable. All I ask is that you keep it clean and sleep on it for at least 10 days to really let your body adjust.

Please be aware due to the nature of the materials and
fillings, there is a 1.5" tolerance on the mattresses depending on their composition.
Old Mattress Recycling

The delivery company, BJS Ltd, can take away your old mattress and re-direct it to a responsible mattress recycling plant for £59.

This can be added on the product page.

We will send you a bag to wrap the mattress beforehand. That way it will stay dry and therefore more likely end up in a recycling centre, rather than landfill.

**Please note this is a like-for-like service. If you buy one mattress, they can take one mattress. If you buy two, they will take two.
