And finally it is finished in a luxurious, high grade 100% Egyptian Cotton cover with in-built air-vents for air circulation and tufted by hand for your stability throughout the night.

Care

Turn the mattress over and rotate it head-to-toe after the first two weeks of use. Then repeat 3 to 4 times per year thereafter. Indentation and settlement are normal for a luxury, natural mattress so this will help to level out the materials.
Delivery

Delivery is free across Greater London & The Home Counties. The current waiting list is between 5 - 15 working days. The delivery team will call you far in advance to make arrangements for a day and time that suits you for delivery and will take the mattress to your room of choice.

Returns

I'm sure you will love your new mattress, but if you do change your mind for whatever reason then let me know by email athello@harrybenmore.comwithin 14 days of delivery and I'll arrange collection and a full refund. No quibbles. All I ask is that you keep it clean.
30 Day Sleep Trial

If after a few weeks you feel the mattress isn’t quite right for you, don’t worry. Email me athello@harrybenmore.com within 30 days of delivery and I'll swap it for something more suitable. All I ask is that you keep it clean and sleep on it for at least 10 days to really let your body adjust.
